Ignition Park
On the land where a legendary, innovative company once stood, a new generation of companies will pave the way for the knowledge-based economy. Located on up to 140 acres of the former Studebaker site, Ignition Park will be home to growing technology businesses.
The City of South Bend is redeveloping the site to accommodate new companies that outgrow their space at Innovation Park, as well as businesses that move into the area to be near the technological discovery that occurs there. Set against a green, park-like backdrop, Ignition Park will be a mixed-use complex of buildings. Research and development labs, offices, and support services for high-tech companies will all be housed here.
