The Technology Resource Center (TRC) in South Bend’s Ignition Park was built to democratize technology in our region. All are welcome at the TRC to learn about technology and data, gain skills, and co-build an inclusive tech future for South Bend.

Booking a space
The City welcomes the use of the TRC’s public spaces for community activities, especially those that support the TRC’s mission. All rooms include either a Smart TV or a projector, whiteboards, and a community laptop.
Before reserving, the responsible individual must read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the TRC Public Space Use Policy.
Available Rooms for Booking:
Community Common Space
Suggested 80-person capacity
Community Flex Space
Suggested 30-person capacity
Rooms are available for 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-hour reservations. Reservations include 30-minute pre- and post-event buffers for setup and cleanup. Events during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday) must be booked 48 hours in advance; events outside business hours must be booked 1 week in advance.
Reservations are available on all days except City official holidays.
No live tech or operational support will be available for users, but room and technology guides are provided in each room.
