September 9, 2025 — Starting Wednesday, September 10, the second and final phase of the Riverside Drive Reconstruction Project will begin. This phase will include reconstructing the intersection at Riverside and Boland drives.
The intersection will be closed during this phase. Riverside Drive between Cleveland Road and Boland Drive will also remain closed until the project is complete. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-October, weather permitting. For the second phase, the detour route will be Woodlawn Boulevard and Cleveland Road via Portage Avenue.
Access to the Chet Waggoner Little League will remain open from the north side of Riverside Drive off Cleveland Road.
