July 21, 2023 — Beginning Monday, July 24, the northbound lanes of Portage Avenue from Appaloosa Lane to Brick Road will be closed for water and sewer connection work. Southbound traffic will also be restricted down to one lane in this vicinity. Northbound traffic will detour east on Cleveland Road, north on Lilac Road, then west on Brick Road before rejoining Portage Avenue. The street is expected to reopen Friday, July 28 weather permitting.
