2023 SUNpowered Vibrant Places Solar Installer(s) Selection
The City of South Bend is inviting solar installers to reply to the SUNpowered Vibrant Places RFP for Commercial PV Installation Services. The city wishes to select a group of highly qualified, experienced and cost-effective installers of retail, small commercial and industrial PV to which it can direct participants in its new Vibrant Places Grant Program. The City of South Bend seeks a consultant to prepare a Community Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Plan. The Plan will help South Bend prepare for the expected increase in EVs in the community, pursue and prioritize funding for public EV charging stations, and proactively address inequities in access to EV charging.
