City staff provide services to residents through digital and paper tools, from online dashboards to paper tools. We need to understand how residents use these tools to know how to improve them.

Join our working group to make your voice heard on the City of South Bend website and other online tools. We are gathering a diverse group of South Bend residents who are interested in attending meetings, filling surveys, and providing essential feedback to our planning process. Experience with technology is not necessary, and in fact inexperienced individuals are especially welcome!
