The City of South Bend’s Engagement and Economic Empowerment (EEE) team will host the Linden Avenue Farmer’s Market Harvest Finale, the final market of the season, this Saturday, October 19 from 10am-2pm at the Charles Black Center. The market will feature local food vendors, farmers, a live DJ, and other family-friendly interactive entertainment.
The Linden Avenue Farmer’s Market is a seasonal nutrition and health-based outreach partnership between local and regional farmers, food vendors, health and wellbeing organizations, and food outreach coordinators committed to addressing the far-reaching implications of food insecurity.
