Due to the upcoming Independence Day holiday, the City of South Bend’s trash and yard waste service on Thursday will be delayed by one day during the week of July 1. City offices will be closed Thursday, July 4 in observance of the holiday.
For the week of July 1, the schedule will be:
– Monday, July 1: Areas normally serviced on Monday
– Tuesday, July 2: Areas normally serviced on Tuesday
– Wednesday, July 3: Areas normally serviced on Wednesday
– Thursday, July 4: Independence Day observed, no trash or yard waste pickup
– Friday, July 5: Areas normally serviced on Thursday
