One of the City of South Bend’s most important responsibilities is delivering quality utility services to residents in a timely, responsible manner. To invest in our City’s future, Mayor James Mueller is proposing a 2021 Comprehensive Utility Rates Plan that will ensure residents continue to have the safe drinking water and trash pickup they rely on while making necessary improvements to water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.
