Utility Assistance Program (UAP):
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program/Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (a.k.a. Energy Assistance Program (EAP), LIHEAP/LIHWAP):
Please note: The UAP discount lasts for one year. If you signed up within the last year, are receiving the benefit, and none of your household information has changed, you do not need to apply again. EAP is provided one time per winter season, lasting from November 2022-May 2023. If you applied for the benefit since November 2022, you do not need to submit another application.
