ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE STAT
Customer Service Stat is a cross-departmental meeting with a focus on business units that provide direct customer service to residents. This focus was first formed in 2020 at the direction of the Mayor and included staff from the City’s 311 Call Center and the Utility Call Center (South Bend Water Works). In 2021 the focus was expanded to include teams from the City’s Building division.
