Grant Requirements

To qualify for the grant, companies are required to adhere to the following process:

1. Identify the type of training your company requires.
2. Complete the registration process for up to 2 attendees from your company through the registration page on this website.
3. Certificates will be distributed on the last day of each series. For those taking the Lean Implementation Leader series training, certificates will be distributed after the successful completion of the exam and project presentation.
4. Upon completion of training with certificates, the employee must receive a pay increase and/or promotion.
5. Every employer must provide the City of South Bend with data on employee skills gained and other related information. In addition, Purdue MEP will be in contact with participants with additional information on Impact Survey requirements.
