It’s time to celebrate the resilience of our community in the same way made through the tough times: together!
The City of South Bend’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion, in partnership with Sokoni, will host the Small Business Launch Pad event at the Charles Black Center, 3419 W. Washington St., in the heart of the city’s westside community on Saturday, July 17, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Office of Diversity & Inclusion in collaboration with the Department of Community Investment and VPA Team is proud to be the host of this community re-opening event as well as making one of many more direct investments into Black, Women, and minority owned businesses.
The event will feature:
- A Vendor Marketplace with 50 local businesses, including food service, fashion, accessories, beauty, wellness and more!
- Music & Entertainment from The Dream Team Live and more
- Fun & Games for kids including arts and crafts projects and Bouncy Houses
- Simple Shopping experience powered by Sokoni to shop all 50 vendors at one checkout
If you’re a vendor interested in being a part of this event, please contact Jasmine Bradley at DI@southbendin.gov
