Notice is hereby given that the St. Joseph County Housing Consortium has available for review copies of the Draft 2024 Housing and Community Development Plan Comprehensive Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER), which consists of the City of South Bend’s Community Development Block Grant, Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus Response, Emergency Shelter Grant, and the St. Joseph County Housing Consortium’s HOME grant. There will be a 15 day public comment period, beginning March 3, 2025 and ending March 18, 2024, when comments on this annual report will be accepted. Comments may be submitted to the City of South Bend, Department of Community Investment, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., 1300S, South Bend, IN 46601 or to federalgrants@southbendin.gov.
Copies of the Draft 2024 CAPER will be available March 3, 2025 on the City of South Bend’s website and at the following locations:
