Staff will be present to assist you with completing and submitting these applications. Please bring these documents to the event: \nUtility Assistance Program (UAP): \n\nMost recent water utility bill\nIncome documents for everyone in the household\nIf you’re a tenant or your name is not the primary name on your utility account\, you will need your landlord or account holder’s name\, phone number\, and email address\n\nLow Income Home Energy Assistance Program/Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (a.k.a. Energy Assistance Program (EAP)\, LIHEAP/LIHWAP): \n\nPhoto ID\nSocial Security Cards for each household member or REAL ID\nIncome documentation for the past three months for each adult age 18 and over\nIf 18 or older and in high school or college\, class schedule\nIf pregnant\, documentation from your physician to count unborn child as HH member\nFor renters\, a lease or Landlord Affidavit if a utility is included in your rent\nCopy of your most recent electric utility bill\nCopy of your most recent heating bill\nCopy of your most recent water bill\n\nPlease note: The UAP discount lasts for one year. If you signed up within the last year\, are receiving the benefit\, and none of your household information has changed\, you do not need to apply again. EAP is provided one time per winter season\, lasting from November 2022-May 2023. If you applied for the benefit since November 2022\, you do not need to submit another application.
