The Redevelopment Commission usually holds its regular meetings the 2nd. and 4th. Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of South Bend City Hall or via Microsoft Teams. However, since this is a Thanksgiving Holiday Week the Meeting will be held on Monday, November 24th.

Please Note: On October 13th, 2025, City services and offices have moved to New City Hall at 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, South Bend, IN 46601. Starting in November our public meetings will be held at New City Hall, 3rd floor, Room #301.

However, there is one more meeting on October 23rd. held in the Council Chambers at the County-City Building on the 4th floor.
