The City of South Bend invites you to participate in a planning process for the Miami Hills area. This process will identify small targeted neighborhood improvements and potentially help secure State funding to revitalize the Miami Hills apartment complex.
The project boundary for this planning initiative is defined by Ireland Road along the south, Miami Street to the east, Fellows Street to the west, and Donmoyer Avenue along the north. The major institutions of this plan area include (but are not limited to): Erskine Park Golf Course; Hebrew Orthodox Congregation, Living Stone Church; Miami Hills Apartment Complex, Miami Hills Subdivision; Southmore Mutual Housing Corporation; and the Stanley Clark School
The City of South Bend is happy to announce the draft Miami Hills Neighborhood Plan is now available for your review and feedback. Developed through an online engagement process, the plan proposes targeted improvements and land uses for the neighborhood.
