The City of South Bend reminds all landlords or owners of rental units within the city that the 2018 Landlord Registration period begins September 1. The deadline for registration is September 30. Everyone in the City of South Bend who owns a property they do not personally occupy and instead rent for residential use must register their properties every year with Code Enforcement. Visit the South Bend Code Enforcement website to complete the registration. For questions and additional information, please contact Code Enforcement at 574-235-9486.
