City Reminds Residents of Neighborhood Cleanup Program The City of South Bend would like to remind residents of the opportunity to coordinate a neighborhood cleanup through the Department of Code Enforcement. The department will partner with neighborhood organizations to clean blocks of litter and debris. Code Enforcement will provide the supplies, such as glove and trash bags, and the neighborhood group organizes the volunteers. Residents can organize a cleanup or join one that has already been scheduled. Visit southbendin.gov/government/department/code-enforcement to learn more.
