The City of South Bend will host a public hearing on the future Coal Line Trail at the Near Northwest Neighborhood Community Center on Monday, August 6 at 6:00 p.m.
An informal open house will begin at 5:00 p.m., during which project team members will be available to answer questions and distribute information about updated plans and the current schedule. The open house will resume following the public hearing session.
The Coal Line Trail is a multiuse trail that mainly follows the former Norfolk Southern Rail Line connecting Lincoln Way West and the East Bank Trail. For more information, visit www.coallinetrail.com.
