Requests made after 3:00 PM EST are not eligible for next day shut off.

If next day is selected and your request is made after 3:00PM EST, the date requested will not be honored and your service will not be shut off on the selected date.

If selling your house, consider setting the shut-off date a few days after closing to allow new owners to start their utility account.
