The Department of Community Investment uses the human, communications, infrastructural, and financial resources of the City to promote a strong residential environment, robust job growth, and a healthy tax base throughout the City of South Bend.
The Department is organized into four teams that work collaboratively with each other to assist the citizens and businesses of South Bend with variety of tasks. The four teams are:
